Personal and financial information you share with instructors or coaching assistants during individual sessions is treated as confidential and is not discussed with other participants or disclosed to third parties, except where legally required. This obligation continues after the course ends.

While we take care to ensure the accuracy of course content, we make no representation that it is complete, free from error, or applicable to every individual circumstance. Financial situations, Thai law, and market conditions change — course content reflects the knowledge and regulations current at the time of teaching.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Boonmee Finance's total liability to you in connection with any course or use of this website shall not exceed the course fee you paid. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from your use of or reliance on course content.

Boonmee Finance may remove a participant from a course without refund if they breach these terms in a material way — for example, by sharing session content publicly, disrupting group sessions, or harassing members of the teaching team. We will give written notice of the reasons in all cases.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we ask that you first contact us at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand.
