1. Definitions

• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, taken together with any enrolment confirmation
• "Service" — the financial education courses, live sessions, recorded materials, coaching calls, and related support provided by Boonmee Finance
• "User" / "You" — any person accessing this website or enrolling in a course
• "We" / "Us" / "Our" — Boonmee Finance, operating from 34 Pattaya Sai 2 Road, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150, Thailand
• "Content" — written materials, recordings, journals, and other course resources provided by Boonmee Finance

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or proceed with enrolment. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Description of Services

Boonmee Finance offers structured financial education courses for adults, currently comprising three programs:

• Simple Money Habits for the Decade Ahead (7 weeks, ฿7,300 THB)
• Retirement Savings Acceleration for Mid-Career (9 weeks, ฿20,800 THB)
• Integrated Estate and Charitable Giving Plan (14 weeks, ฿37,500 THB)

Course availability is subject to cohort scheduling. Boonmee Finance reserves the right to adjust course dates, formats, or content with reasonable notice.

4. Educational Nature of the Service

Our courses are educational in nature. They do not constitute personalised investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or regulated financial services under Thai law. Any information provided is general and informational. You should seek qualified professional advice before making financial, legal, or tax decisions based on course content.

5. Enrolment and User Accounts

• Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed phased payment
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information
• Access to course materials is personal and non-transferable
• Sharing login credentials or session access with non-enrolled individuals is not permitted

6. User Responsibilities

• Engage with the course respectfully and in good faith
• Maintain the confidentiality of personal information shared by other participants in group sessions
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without written permission
• Not use course materials for commercial purposes
• Notify us promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled individual coaching session

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including written content, recordings, templates, and journals — are the intellectual property of Boonmee Finance. We grant enrolled participants a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for their own learning purposes during and after the course. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

8. Payment Terms

• Course fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB)
• Payment is accepted by bank transfer or credit card
• Phased payment arrangements are available for the mid-career and advanced courses upon request and written agreement
• Enrolment is not confirmed until the initial payment has been received and acknowledged by Boonmee Finance

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation more than 14 days before course start: full refund, less any bank transfer or payment processing fees
• Cancellation 7–14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days before course start: no refund, though transfer to a future cohort may be considered at our discretion
• Cancellation after course has commenced: no refund
• If Boonmee Finance cancels a course, a full refund will be provided or participants may transfer to the next available cohort

10. Confidentiality in Individual Sessions

Personal and financial information you share with instructors or coaching assistants during individual sessions is treated as confidential and is not discussed with other participants or disclosed to third parties, except where legally required. This obligation continues after the course ends.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of course content, we make no representation that it is complete, free from error, or applicable to every individual circumstance. Financial situations, Thai law, and market conditions change — course content reflects the knowledge and regulations current at the time of teaching.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Boonmee Finance's total liability to you in connection with any course or use of this website shall not exceed the course fee you paid. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from your use of or reliance on course content.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Boonmee Finance against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of course materials, or any action you take based on course content without appropriate independent professional advice.

14. Termination

Boonmee Finance may remove a participant from a course without refund if they breach these terms in a material way — for example, by sharing session content publicly, disrupting group sessions, or harassing members of the teaching team. We will give written notice of the reasons in all cases.

15. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we ask that you first contact us at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand.

16. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: these terms, together with any enrolment confirmation, constitute the complete agreement between us
• Severability: if any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force
• Waiver: failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
• Notices: formal notices should be sent to [email protected] or to our registered address

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the website or enrolment in a course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, enrolled participants will be notified by email.
